n2 Hot Smoked Paprika (Pimentón)

Our n2 Hot Smoked Paprika, or "pimentón" is a mildly hot pepper known in Spain as "Pimentón de la Vera." It is appreciated in many, many dishes from "pollo a la vasca" (chicken Basque style), "gypsy potage" (cod stew), "patatas bravas" (spicy potato tapa), Catalan romesco sauce, and the list goes on...

Quick tips:
-Sprinkle Hot Smoked Paprika on chicken or fish before broiling.
-Add to fried potatoes with a drizzle of aioli to make delicious patatas bravas.

-Add to crockpot stews, legumes, tomato based pasta sauces...
-To make homemade hummus: 1 can of chickpeas, 1/2 tsp lemon, salt to taste, 3/4 tsp of paprika, (1 garlic clove mashed optional). Mash/mix everything together until desired consistency (chunky or smooth) and refrigerate.
