Handcrafted artisan spices make our n1 Far East Spain Blend an excellent marinade or rub for pork, beef, and lamb. Deliciously fragrant middle eastern (moorish) flavors. To make mini kebabs (known as "pinchos morunos") skewer small chunks of protein such as pork, beef, lamb, etc. Coat them with the Far East Spain blend, sprinkle with a little vinegar and olive oil, and they are ready to grill. This tin will marinade about 4 pounds of meat. *No GMO's, no MSG, no additional colorants. Ingredients: turmeric, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, ground chilies (not hot), saffron powder and other spices.

Fantastic for baking too... Add it to banana bread, pumpkin bread, carrot cake, and more!

Everyday cooking: Make amazing flavored kebabs or skewers with our Far East Spain Blend. Chicken, beef, pork or lamb kebabs are so easy to bbq. Also great for soups and vegetables when you want to try something different but similar to many Moroccan dishes. Season rice or grains or make a yogurt dip for veggies. See tips below. *This tin marinades about 4 lbs of meat.

Quick tips:
-Mix with olive oil to make a paste and rub onto protein of choice (i.e.chicken, pork, beef,lamb).
-If you prefer to use as a marinade for a few hours the ratio is as follows (1 pound of meat / 1 tbsp Far East Spain blend / 1 tbsp red wine vinegar / 1 tbsp olive oil / optional 1 tsp lemon juice).
-Another easy marinade: lemon juice, a few garlic cloves and 1 tbsp Far East Spain Blend. Yum!
-Add to sour cream or even Greek yogurt for a sensational dip your guests will love. Season to taste.
