Easy Grilled Vegetables
Use your favorite seasonal veggies:
Squash, zucchini, heirloom tomatoes, asparagus, bell peppers, etc.
EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
sea salt (optional)
Take all of your favorite vegetables and slice them a bit thick as you'll be putting them on the grill. Tip: A great item to have for grilling veggies is a 'grill basket' - this is helpful but not required. Drizzle a bit of EVOO on the sliced veggies and then sprinkle them with our Mediterranean Grill Blend
Put them on your preheated grill and cook until tender. Remove and serve. Add sea salt if desired.
