Grilled Salmon Fillet - Easy Prep
4-6 oz salmon fillet*
Season fillet on both sides with Seafood Pescadora Salt. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in saute pan. Place fish skin side down in pan. Cook over medium heat until flaky or desired texture. (Some like salmon more under and others well cooked throughout.) Garnish with lemon.
*Salmon can be substituted for any other fillet such as sea bass, tilapia, hake, or similar.
